Hello and welcome to Skegness u3a. At Skegness u3a we provide social, recreational and educational activities. We hold our general meetings at The Storehouse on North Parade on the third Wednesday of the month. Members arrive at 9:30am for a 10:00am start.

If you have a skill or hobby you would like to share with others, we would be pleased for you to join us. Equally, you would be welcome to come along to our monthly get-together when we will have a speaker or a coffee morning, or to come to one of our groups, where you will make many new friends and enjoy new experiences.

Group activities are an important part of the u3a. We have all had interesting experiences and pastimes we can share with others. The groups meet regularly according to what suits the members.

We are always keen to set up new groups. In the past we have had Musical Appreciation, Singing for Fun, Creative Writing, Discussion, Computer, Photography and Theatre visits. Any group subject is possible when there are people willing to contribute and participate.

Annual membership for the current year ( May 2025 to May 2026 ) is £20.00. This figure is reviewed each year and agreed at the AGM.

New members joining between 1st December and the end of February will pay a reduced subscription of £12 to cover the period up to the next AGM in May. This will further reduce to £8 for those joining from 1st March to May.
